In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to ‘Madewithlovebyhopehm’. Your access to, and use of, all information on this website including purchase of our products is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. The information is intended for residents of the United Kingdom only. We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We, therefore, recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.
By Purchasing an Item from Madewithlovebyhopehm you are entering a contract between yourself and Us. www.madewithlovebyhope.co.uk website is a company registered in England.

SHOPPING
You can order products online via www.madewithlovebyhope.co.uk. When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated and a confirmation email will be sent acknowledging your order.
We have the right to refuse an order if one of the following conditions is met:
· There has been a pricing, discount offer or products description error
· The ordered products are out of stock or discontinued
· Personalised products contain content which may cause annoyance or inconvenience such as indecent, offensive, racist language etc.
In any refusal, we will process a full refund into your account for the total amount debited within 1-2 working days.
PAYMENT
All Orders must be paid upfront prior to production and can be done via a credit card, debit card or Paypal transaction.
We use the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. In compliance with GDPR we will store all paperwork securely and banking details are not kept personally by us, they are kept securely through Paypal.
AVAILABILITY
We strive to keep our website up to date, however, we cannot guarantee that all our products will always be in stock due to suppliers and external factors that are out of our control.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
For non-personalised items on our website, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 2 working days of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by contacting info@madewithlovebyhope.co.uk ‘whereby a full refund will be issued’ if that’s to be the case.
You have the right to cancel any order of a product that is personalised or custom made to your requirements however please be advised that in doing so you will not be eligible for a refund of any sought on these products.
Please check all spelling and punctuation carefully as we take no responsibility for any order that is misspelt on purchase and cannot issue a refund for this issue. Orders after purchase will not be refunded for any personalised products requested due to a change in mind on the item.
Please note that we do not proofread or check personalisation’s due to the automated system and products may come blank or with fixed design or fixed text if you do not enter any personalisation.
DELIVERY
We deliver FREE to destinations within UK, if you are requiring a delivery outside of the UK please email us to arrange, we will send an invoice separately for postage.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address that you give us during your order process.
We endeavour to dispatch within 7-14 working days (excludes weekends and bank holidays). However, times of vast demand, dispatch may vary from the above, but will be within 21days unless stated otherwise.
We will make you aware if we have a cut-off date on orders for any event. For any orders placed after the cut-off date we cannot guarantee dispatch in time for event. I.e Christmas orders will stop on December 6th 2020 in order to have your items for Christmas, any order placed after December 6th 2020 may not arrive in time for Christmas.
We also cannot accept liability or costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries where goods are sent directly from our manufacturers or for delays in the delivery caused by any third party.
Returned goods described as ‘undeliverable’ or ‘not called for’ will be subject to a redelivery charge. We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item.
Smaller Items will be sent via Royal mail 2nd Class – Royal Mail aim to deliver within two to three days, however, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. Majority of Items are sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Depending on the size of the order we also send items via courier tracked service.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
*Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5.00pm and all our dispatch timescales do not include weekends or bank holidays.
*Any Spelling/Punctuation mistakes on your behalf will not be refunded. You will need to place a new order.
*We produce a large amount of orders from Wood, Wood is a natural product which means the grains and colours will differ item to item, we cannot be held accountable for wood grain. Due to different wood grains, particularly Bamboo, some areas of the engraving may be lighter/ darker than others this is the beauty of working with natural products rather than a flaw.
*Colours of products may differ slightly to the pictures this is due to lighting and cameras Etc. *All Items sold by Madewithlovebyhopehm are for decoration purpose ONLY! No products are sold as toys. Some of our decorations may look good enough to eat, but remain decorations, we recommend these are not for the use of children.
*Please note that all of our items require production time, and this is stated on the front page of the website when ordering.
RETURNED ORDERS
For any package that is returned to us as ‘not called for’ or for any other reason, you will be notified via your registered email address. If you do not re-arrange delivery with us within 28 days of the notice, we will dispose of your package and no refund or compensation will be available to you.
RETURNS
We believe that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you feel that you need to return an item, due to it being broken in transit, we will keep this process simple. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. Please contact us on info@madewithlovebyhope.co.uk with a picture of the faulty item.
We have no liability to you unless you notify us of any damaged, defective or incorrect quantity items within 72 hours of delivery.
Our return policy does not apply to personalised or custom-made items, or if you have provided incorrect or inaccurate information during the order process. If the goods that we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective, we will replace the goods or refund.
Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour on your computer monitor nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
LIABILITY
To the full extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of an implied warranty or condition is limited to the supply of the goods and/or services again or payment of the costs of having those goods and/or services supplied again. We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by you arising from any product we have supplied.
DISCLAIMERS
We endeavour to ensure all information on our Website is correct, however, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of this. We may make changes to any information, products, descriptions and prices on our website, at any time without notice. The information and material on our Website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update. Whilst we have taken all due care in providing the information on our website, we do not provide any warranty either express or implied including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, any condition or warranty which would otherwise be implied into these terms and conditions is excluded. We also take all due care in ensuring that our website is free of any virus, worm, Trojan horse and/or malware, however, we are not responsible for any damage to your computer system which arises in connection with your use of our website or any linked website.
INDEMNITY
By accessing our website, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, actions, damages, costs and expenses including legal fees arising from or in connection with your use of our website or products.
JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any claim made by either party against the other which in any way arises out of these terms and conditions will be heard in England and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those Courts. If any provision in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We take our relationships with customers very seriously. We aim to reply to all emails within five working days.
