Very impressed with the service and both husband and Dad were very surprised with their personalised gifts. Really... special. The team sent a photo of my design before committing to the production. I bought the favourite Grandad photo frame. It isn't as chunky as expected and rattles a little but the personalisation makes up for any niggles.
